Prep Ingredients
- Slice the beef strips into thin pieces and chop your choice of vegetables like bell peppers and carrots. Mince garlic and grate ginger for enhancing the flavors.
Cook Noodles
- Boil a pot of water and cook the noodles according to package instructions, usually around 5-7 minutes. Drain the noodles and toss with a splash of oil.
Sauté Beef
- Heat oil in a skillet and add the beef strips in a single layer. Sear for 3-4 minutes, flipping once until browned.
Make Sauce
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add soy sauce, honey, and a splash of water, simmering for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Combine
- Return beef to the skillet and add the prepared vegetables. Toss everything with the sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Add Noodles
- Gently mix the cooked noodles into the beef and vegetable mixture, stirring for another 2 minutes until combined.
Serve & Garnish
- Plate the Sticky Beef Noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
