  • 8 ounces noodles rice noodles, udon, or spaghetti

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated fresh
For the Vegetables
  • 2 cups vegetables bell peppers, carrots, or broccoli
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons oil vegetable or sesame oil
For Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped

Method
 

Prep Ingredients
  1. Slice the beef strips into thin pieces and chop your choice of vegetables like bell peppers and carrots. Mince garlic and grate ginger for enhancing the flavors.
Cook Noodles
  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the noodles according to package instructions, usually around 5-7 minutes. Drain the noodles and toss with a splash of oil.
Sauté Beef
  1. Heat oil in a skillet and add the beef strips in a single layer. Sear for 3-4 minutes, flipping once until browned.
Make Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add soy sauce, honey, and a splash of water, simmering for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Combine
  1. Return beef to the skillet and add the prepared vegetables. Toss everything with the sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Add Noodles
  1. Gently mix the cooked noodles into the beef and vegetable mixture, stirring for another 2 minutes until combined.
Serve & Garnish
  1. Plate the Sticky Beef Noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
