Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions for 3-5 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water, and toss with sesame oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking apart, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then add garlic, ginger, and the white parts of green onion, stirring for an additional minute.
  4. Toss in sliced carrots and bell pepper, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet, pour sauce over everything, and toss to coat. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until hot.
  7. Serve hot in bowls, garnishing with green onion tops and sesame seeds.
