Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients in a stand mixer bowl and whisk together well.
  2. Add warm water gradually while mixing on medium speed. Knead for 5-7 minutes until dough is sticky and elastic.
  3. Lightly grease a large bowl with olive oil and transfer the dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
  4. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with olive oil. Scrape the risen dough into the pan and stretch to the edges.
  5. Cover the pan and let it rise again for 45 minutes until puffy.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the dough, create dimples with fingers, and sprinkle with rosemary and flaky salt.
  7. Preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
