- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, BBQ sauce, bourbon, egg, salt, and pepper cautiously.
- Fold in crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese into the meat mixture.
- Wet your hands slightly and shape the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- During the last 5 minutes, brush additional BBQ sauce over the meatballs.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
