Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Place your boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker, and pour the peanut sauce over the chicken.
  3. Cover your slow cooker and set it on low heat for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  4. Once the cooking time is up, use two forks to shred the chicken directly inside the slow cooker, stirring to combine with the sauce.
