Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, large egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each scoop.
- Using a fork, press down on each cookie to create a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown and the centers are still soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve warm and enjoy with a glass of milk.
