- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Pour in melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract into the flour mixture. Stir gently until combined.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Slice ripe bananas and layer them evenly on top of the batter.
- Combine cinnamon and nutmeg, then sprinkle it over the bananas.
