Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour in melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract into the flour mixture. Stir gently until combined.
  4. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Slice ripe bananas and layer them evenly on top of the batter.
  7. Combine cinnamon and nutmeg, then sprinkle it over the bananas.
  8. Bake for 45–50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
