  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce Your favorite brand or homemade
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Soften before mixing
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Can substitute with Monterey Jack or mozzarella
For the Tortillas
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Larger tortillas allow for more stuffing
  • 1 tbsp Butter or Oil Used for cooking

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken with buffalo sauce and softened cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until well-coated.
  2. Place a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter or oil. Melt to coat the bottom of the skillet.
  3. Lay a large flour tortilla flat in the skillet, sprinkle half with shredded cheddar cheese, and spoon buffalo chicken filling onto the cheesy section.
  4. Carefully fold the tortilla in half, pressing down gently. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from skillet, let rest for a minute, then slice into wedges and serve warm.
