For the Flavor

  • ½ to ¾ cup Strawberries Use fresh or frozen.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup Sweeten to taste.
Optional Crunch
  • ¼ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs Leave out for a gluten-free option.

Method
 

Steps
  1. Combine base ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in honey or maple syrup to achieve desired sweetness.
  3. Pour half of the oat mixture into your jar, creating a base layer.
  4. Layer sliced strawberries on top of the oat mixture.
  5. Spoon the remaining oat mixture over the strawberries and smooth it out.
  6. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top if desired.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Stir before serving and add reserved strawberry slices if desired.
