Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Place the chicken thighs in a resealable bag, pour half the marinade over them, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  5. Place marinated chicken on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  6. While chicken is baking, thicken the reserved marinade in a saucepan over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  7. Brush the chicken with thickened marinade and broil for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve.
