Step-by-Step Instructions for Honey Cinnamon Roll-Ups
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine honey and ground cinnamon in a small bowl until well blended.
  3. Unroll the phyllo dough and layer four sheets on top of each other, brushing each with melted butter.
  4. Spread the honey-cinnamon mixture over the top sheet, and sprinkle chopped nuts if using.
  5. Roll the phyllo dough tightly starting from the short end and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops of the roll-ups with remaining melted butter.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Allow to cool for five minutes before slicing and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
