Taco Lasagna Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add dried minced onion and taco seasoning to the beef, with a little water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Layer in the baking dish starting with enchilada sauce, then tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese. Repeat twice.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 20-30 minutes until golden.
