Steps
- Start by patting the chicken dry and seasoning generously with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sear for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Lower heat, add more butter, and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
