  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat 12 ounces of white chocolate in 30-second intervals until fully melted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Gently stir the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula until fully combined.
  4. Carefully fold in 1 cup of chopped walnuts and 1 cup of red and green M&Ms.
  5. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the fudge mixture, and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, until set.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into one-inch squares, and serve.
